THE ARMORING PROCESS

The armoring process takes from 4 to 10 weeks, depending on the armor level. During this time the vehicle is almost completely disassembled to have the enclosed bullet-proof protection layer built-in. The unit is then re-assembled and the security accessories are integrated, taking care all along that the end work remains identical to the original factory finish.

1.- Disassembling of the vehicle

  • The windshield, side and rear windows, and the interiors of the vehicle are dismounted.
