A complete armoring project typically takes 8-16 weeks depending on the vehicle and protection level. Level 3 projects may complete in 8-10 weeks, while higher protection levels or complex vehicles require 12-16 weeks. We provide detailed timelines during the consultation process.
The armoring process involves complete disassembly, installation of ballistic materials in body panels, replacement of glass with bulletproof alternatives, reinforcement of critical areas, suspension and brake upgrades, and careful reassembly with quality testing. Every component is documented and tested.
All armoring is performed at our secure facility by trained technicians. We maintain strict quality control and security protocols throughout the process. Clients can visit our facility by appointment to observe the work and meet with our engineering team.
We maintain a limited inventory of pre-armored vehicles in popular configurations for clients requiring immediate delivery. Custom orders follow standard timelines, though we can sometimes accelerate projects for urgent requirements at additional cost.
